I went to check out line that was empty to find 3 tellers complaining about their jobs. When I asked one of them to ring me through, the lady spazzed at me for interrupting her conversation about not getting a lunch the day before. Now ... I agree that she should have gotten a lunch but I don't think that customers should have to hear about about it, they sould take it up privately with their boss if they are upset. It was not my fault. Sorry ... won't go back.
Good quality. Decent Chinese food bar. Know your prices before you shop. Some deals, some overpriced!
Had trouble with items missing off a $6000.00 quote. Bathtub came damaged after they could not supply the original tub that I ordered.
I love this store. Produce is fresh, wonderful customer service, clean and shiny, awesome bakery, deli and restsurant. I love relaxing upstairs in the big comfy chairs with a cup of tea and a friend. The only 2 criticies of have is the comfy chairs nerd new cushions and the prices on produce and meat department are high.
I lived nearby this place but still preferred other grocery stores. The people by the entrance inside trying to sell discounted stuff always annoyed me because I didn't being offered stuff I didn't want. They call out like paper boys from the 1910s. The parking lot is also the most awkward and badly designed parking lot I've ever used. The prices aren't that amazing either. I only would go here for the amazing Chinese kitchen.
