I went into Planet Kids today to buy a last minute birthday gift for my daughter's friend. We were actually on our way to the party and probably running a little late. We found the perfect gift there. Hooray! The owner even wrapped it for us, complete with green and purple ribbon. My daughter, of course, found something that she also wanted- a stuffy backpack. I told her no and reminded her how the zipper on her's had broken the second time she used it. The owner of Planet Kids overheard and invited us to return the item to be replaced. We hadn't even bought it there and she was still happy to take it back and replace it. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you so MUCH!
