It took 3 appointmens to get my orthodics adjusted and re-adjusted. the third time they had to "charge" me ...even though it was them that couldn't get it right. ....I didn't enjoy waiting 3 weeks in between appointments or the time and money it was already costing me. I went to buy shoes there one time and the secretary didn't acknowledge me... Or say "I'll be right there" I waited a few minutes at the counter while she ignored me... Then I went to Nanaimo to buy shoes. SOS Orthodics were really expensive, a good pair of shoes with memory foam are still less painful than my orthodontics.
