Although Dave had never encountered a situation like ours during his many years of experience, he quickly determined how to release our key from the ignition of our 96 Dodge Caravan, & soon after dismantled the lock assembly for further examination. In an effort to save us money, he first attempted to rebuild the defective part, but was eventually forced to replace it with a new one, which fixed the problem. I was impressed that despite his busy schedule, he made our call a priority & took the time to walk me through the procedure from start to finish.
