ADI Benefits is so easy to use via their phone app. All I do is take a photo of my health care receipts and send it off. Easy peasy. Adam is great to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. A no brainer option for this small business.
Adam and his team at ADI Benefits have provided excellent customer service for our business over the past couple of years. We have a Health Spending Account which gives our employees flexibility to use their extended benefits in a way that meets their needs during the year. We find this option great for our employees, but also allows us to control costs on a yearly basis. Our employees have access to Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Critical Illness insurance through ADI. I have found Adam and his team to be very customer oriented in finding plans that best suit the individuals needs. I appreciate Adams direct approach to insurance and value his commitment to finding the best plan for the business.
