This place is great! I order from Ontario for my mother who lives in Courtney and Comox Flower Pot has been great. They even call before delivering which saved me when I forgot my parents were on vacation!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son and his wife for their anniversary which was the 21st of May. Due to working hours and the holiday Monday, they couldn't"get delivered until the Tuesday the 23rd. They replied back to my florist saying they didn't' have the flowers I picked out in stock. I told them to put together something lovely and deliver it Tuesday. As of Wed.night still No delivery! Policy says they phone first before delivery so couldn't do anything until they spoke to someone. They were home today....Thursday and discovered by accident the flowers were left beside the front door.......No phone call, No knocking, Not even ringing the door bell. They told my florist that is was very windy and didn't want to leave it at the door, which is just what they did! Very unprofessional and disrespectable behaviour. The only saving grace is the arrangement was lovely. I will Not use them again.
The flower pot has always been my go to place for flowers! The owners are kind & knowlegable and Always put together the most beautiful arrangements. Their delivery is fantastic and prompt and with arrangements to suit any budget, you'll always get what you're looking for!
We have been using the flower pot for over 5 years now and have always been impressed with their products! Staff are kind and the florist has always done an amazing job with the flower arrangemenrs we've ordered. I sent the florist ideas of what I wanted for my wedding bouquets and boutineers and they exceeded my expectations. Prices are affordable and I will be ordering from them again!
